We are Nashville’s first tiny home kitchen, providing a fresh take on the food truck scene and offering a delicious twist on gourmet mac & cheese.

The Mac Shack creators, Jeremy and Kayla, are out to transform their favorite side dish, mac & cheese, into a delicious, creative main course. We offer a variety of fully loaded mac & cheese bowls and unique fusion dishes. The Mac Shack is a wholesome family business, one that began with a girl cooking her boyfriend variations of his favorite childhood dish, and one that’s transformed into a husband and wife serving up a bowl of nostalgia to everyone in Nashville.

Raclette cheese, mojo pulled pork, bacon and fried pickles


Buffalo Blues

Blue cheese and White Cheddar Mac. Topped with pulled buffalo chicken, diced celery, green onion and blue cheese crumbles.


Granny’s Apple Mac

Aged White Cheddar cheese and sweet apples w/ pie crust crumble topping (vegetarian)


Chili Mac

Our Classic Cheddar Mac topped with house beef chili, shredded cheddar, green onion and sour cream


Lobster Mac

Brie and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, lobster tail cooked in a lemon-garlic butter sauce w/ bread crumb topping.


Pesto Mac

Our Classic Cheddar Mac tossed with a house basil pesto sauce and topped with sun-dried tomatoes and freshly grated parmesan (vegetarian)

Truffle Tots

Crispy tots tossed in truffle oil and parmesan cheese

Mac Waffles

Cheddar Mac waffles topped with spicy maple syrup

Street Corn Pasta Salad

Grilled corn, avocado, and cilantro tossed in a zesty sauce. Topped with crumbled cojita cheese.
